Job Description:Overview:

We are seeking a loving, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, fun, and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess students’ progress and report to parents and management.
• Foster a positive learning atmosphere using storytelling, arts, music, and play-based learning.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure children’s safety at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and school activities.
• Coordinate with co-teachers and support staff for effective classroom management.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips.
• Stay updated with current early childhood education practices and apply them creatively.
