Job Description

Role Overview: As the Concierto (SaaS Platform) Presales Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing a compelling technical solution that aligns closely with the desired outcomes of customers, industry best practices, umbrella portfolio offerings, and cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing technical solutions for AWS-centric solutions, preparing technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and statements of work. Additionally, you will need to understand client business objectives and tailor company solutions to fit within the client's architectural framework. Your expertise in analyzing architecture pain points and identifying cost-effective technical solutions will be essential, along with experience in multi-tier systems and service design for large enterprises. You will also be involved in Cloud Transformation/Optimization projects, building mission-critical technology components, and utilizing AWS Micro Services, Containerization, Kubernetes Services, Serverless Architecture, Migration, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design technical solutions for AWS-centric solutions based on industry standards - Prepare technical and commercial presentations, SOWs, and proposals for RFI and RFP requests - Align company solutions with client business goals and end-to-end architectural framework - Analyze architecture pain points and recommend cost-effective technical solutions - Experience with multi-tier systems and service design for large enterprises - Support Cloud Transformation/Optimization projects and mission-critical technology components - Utilize AWS Micro Services, Containerization, Kubernetes Services, Serverless Architecture, Migration, and DevOps - Design release pipelines for infrastructure and applications using AWS native services and open source/SaaS tools - Support the sales team in achieving their targets and providing technical support to users Qualifications Required: - Creative and analytical thinking abilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration - Alliance experience with AWS cloud - Excellent presentation and articulation skills - Result-oriented mindset with proactive customer understanding - Willingness to travel for client meetings and workshops - Strong stage presence and client interaction management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal direction - Continuous learning and growth mindset - 10-15 years of technical pre-sales and solutions experience, preferably with AWS cloud services - 10+ years of infrastructure architecture managed services experience - 7+ years of presales experience focusing on technical expertise and high standards of outcomes,
