As a Technical Support Specialist at SISL, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will act as the single point of contact between our technical team, OEM, and the customer, managing onsite resources and the project team effectively. Your role will involve understanding the customers" Information security processes and policies, including security gathering and change requests. By analyzing customers" needs, you will recommend upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements and identify solutions to minimize support costs. Collaboration with the sales team to drive new business and increase sales will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers for pre-sales and post-sales processes - Act as a liaison between the technical team, OEM, and the customer - Manage onsite resources and the project team efficiently - Understand and adhere to customers" Information security processes and policies - Analyze customers" needs and recommend suitable upgrades or additional features - Identify solutions to reduce support costs - Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business and increase sales Qualifications Required: - SME level knowledge in at least 2 of the following security domains: Cloud Security (primarily AWS & Azure native security tools), Endpoint Security (Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, EDR, Anti-APT, Encryption, IDAM), Network & Perimeter Security (NGFW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Load Balancers), Data Security (DLP, Email Security, App Sec-VA/PT), Advanced Security (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, GRC, BCP/DR, Proxy) - Experience in handling or facing Govt/PSU accounts - B.Tech degree Join SISL's dynamic team and contribute your expertise to our rapidly growing IT Services organization.,
