About Us: Khidki Homes is a fast-growing startup in the interior materials industry, helping interior designers, architects, carpenters, and contractors procure plywood, laminates, MDF, PVC boards, and more. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (interior designers, architects, contractors) to introduce Khidki Homes products and services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plywood, laminates, MDF, and other interior materials. Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in B2B or interior-related industries. Strong English, Kannada, and/or Hindi communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Basic knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, MDF, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable working in a startup environment with a target-driven approach. Why Join Us?
