Presales Executive (US process)

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to join our sales team during the US Night Shift . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers (parents), understanding their needs, and scheduling demo sessions with our learning experts. This is a work from office position. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads provided by the company. Understand customer requirements and explain BrightChamps' offerings clearly. Schedule demo sessions for kids with our expert educators. Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over calls. Graduation in any stream (preferred: BBA, BCom, BA, etc.). Prior experience in telesales/pre-sales/customer support is a plus. Willingness to work night shifts (US timing).
