Presales Executive

· Handle incoming enquiries from digital campaigns, referrals, website, social media, events, and third-party platforms.

· Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and timeline to assess readiness and qualify the lead.

· Accurately log all interactions, follow-up actions, and updates in the CRM system.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and increase conversion opportunities.

· Coordinate and schedule site visits with the customers.

· Deliver compelling product and project pitches, focusing on plot features, location advantages, ROI potential, and legal clarity.

· Share insights from customer interactions with marketing and product teams for campaign optimization and better targeting.

· Generate own leads and follow up till closure and ensure monthly targets are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
