Job Description – Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, and following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Required Languages

Candidates must be able to communicate in the following languages:

• Telugu
• Tamil
• Kannada
• Hindi
• English

Note: Fluency in multiple regional languages is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented approach and time management.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience using CRM software for lead management and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of calling software, dialers, or telecalling tools.
• Ability to maintain call logs and customer databases.
• Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
• Understanding of lead tracking, sales pipelines, and appointment scheduling.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Strong verbal communication in the required languages.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may be considered if suitable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A candidate who is confident on calls, communicates effectively with customers, has basic technical knowledge, and can generate quality leads through consistent follow-ups.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
