Job Description

About the Role:
Robinson Homes is hiring a Presales Executive to manage inbound leads, engage potential customers, and bring them to our Experience Center for detailed discussions with our Managing Director. The role requires strong communication, persistence, and a passion for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage with potential clients from the company’s lead database.
  • Explain our end-to-end home construction and interior services.
  • Fix appointments and ensure clients visit the office for discussions.
  • Follow up with clients after meetings to encourage revisits and conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer handling (real estate or construction preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
