The role requires strong communication, persistence, and a passion for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities: Call and engage with potential clients from the company’s lead database. Explain our end-to-end home construction and interior services. Fix appointments and ensure clients visit the office for discussions. Follow up with clients after meetings to encourage revisits and conversions. Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and feedback. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer handling (real estate or construction preferred). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to manage and supervise multiple ongoing projects. The candidate will oversee 5 to 6 construction sites, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and smooth coordination among site teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities across multiple construction sites (56 projects). Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for manpower and material management. Monitor site progress, maintain project records, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to timelines. Handle quantity estimation, billing coordination, and basic site-level problem solving. Report regularly to the Project Manager and communicate updates effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: B.E. (Civil Engineering) / Diploma (Civil Engineering). Experience: 3–8 years in building construction or site supervision. Strong understanding of civil construction processes, project coordination, and quality control. Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and handle teams efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD preferred. Good communication and leadership skills.
