Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales role based in Guwahati. The Presales role involves collaborating with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include engaging in customer consultations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client requirements are met. The role also emphasizes building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build trust
• Experience or expertise in Consulting and Presales activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a sales or client-facing role is an advantage
• The Jib role is preferred to Female Candidates
• Frsher may also apply who has IT Background, presentable and willing to travel
