Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquire and onboard high-value Current Account customers and their family banking relationships
Drive penetration of business banking products such as CMS, POS, and Beat services
Generate revenue through cross-selling third-party products including insurance and investment solutions
Source new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels
Achieve branch-level business objectives for Retail Liabilities Sales focusing on value, volume, and channel productivity
Coordinate with internal teams like credit, legal, operations, and product for smooth onboarding and servicing
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction

Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
Proven ability in sourcing and managing business banking clients
Expertise in retail liabilities and business banking products
Knowledge of CMS, POS, and cash management solutions
