As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing advanced analytical approaches across various projects, industries, and solutions. Successful candidates should possess a combination of analytical and functional skills, capable of translating business requirements into scalable solutions and developing unique analytical approaches to complex problems. Your role will involve understanding business requirements, managing structured and unstructured data, analyzing big data using various statistical techniques, and developing visualizations to communicate business insights effectively. You will be instrumental in deploying analytics solutions, tracking business outcomes, and staying updated on the latest analytics techniques and tools in the field of decision science. Additionally, you will present, advise, interpret, and justify analytics solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, while providing technical coaching to analysts. Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience in statistical modeling and business analysis roles - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Statistics, or MBA/PGDBM Key Skills: - Proficiency in statistical analysis methods such as Regression, Logistic regression, decision trees, and other segmentation techniques - Experience in simulation and mathematical optimization models, time series forecasting methods - Hands-on expertise in statistical modeling software like SAS or R - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (VBA & SQL experience preferred) Desired Qualifications: 1. Specialized industry expertise in Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Education, or Hospitality 2. Specific solutions experience in Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Risk Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Employee Engagement Analytics, or Customer Analytics In addition, we are looking for individuals with expertise in Risk Modelling, including running risk models, preparing model reviews, documents, and reports, and implementing various risk models with research and analytics teams. Responsibilities also include conceptualizing business problems into deliverables, model documentation, validation report writing, and adherence to BASEL norms. Expertise in setting up benchmarking tools and testing complex models is essential for this role.,
