Precast Modeler

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and construction drawings for precast concrete structures using software like Revit/Tekla. You will work with reinforced concrete and precast components, generate shop drawings, erection drawings, and material lists. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3-7 years of experience in Precast Modeling & Detailing
• Creating detailed 3D models of precast concrete structures, including reinforcement detailing.
• Generating and editing various types of drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections, and details, including reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Preparing precast erection drawings, production drawings, hardware drawings, and material lists.
• Working closely with other team members, including engineers, architects, and other modelers, to ensure accurate and coordinated project deliverables.
• Reviewing and checking shop drawings, piece tickets, and fabrication materials for compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Identifying and resolving conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions in project documents.
• Planning and organizing work priorities to ensure drawings are completed on time and to the required quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and working experience with Revit/Tekla.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in modeling and drawing production.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
