Precast Design Lead - BIM

Basic/Mandatory Requirement:

Job role- CMPC/ Mould Design

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma – Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Total Work Experience (years): 10 (Preferably mould design abroad)

Relevant Industry Exposure: Buildings and Infrastructure (preferably both)

Base location is Mumbai (Powai)

Position is on Fix term company contract (Renewable)

Key Deliverables:

• Mould Design Specifications:
• Preparation of detailed drawing with technical specifications and 3D models of moulds, including tolerances and fixtures
• Preparation of design documentation outlining the structural and functional requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure moulds meet all standard requirements.
• Oversee the testing of moulds to verify their performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Estimate costs associated with mould design and manufacturing.
• Gather feedback from production and field teams
