Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential leads

Share project information clearly and effectively

Understand customer needs and qualify leads

Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team

Maintain call logs and lead follow-ups in CRM

Assist in lead generation campaigns and promotional activities

Fluent in English & Hindi

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
