Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Explain project details and offerings to potential clients
• Schedule and coordinate client site visits
• Maintain a strong follow-up system and ensure timely communication with clients
• Manage and update CRM with accurate data
• Support the sales team in closing deals by setting up quality appointments
• Maintain professional communication and build trust with potential buyers
• Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns and events

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate / tele calling / inside sales / pre-sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Pleasant personality, confident on the phone, and customer-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
