About the Role

In this role, you will be interacting directly with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• You will also be planning RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.
• Our senior engineer technical leaders direct project technical teams to execute these designs, mentor more junior engineers and interact with our implementation teams to ensure clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.
• You will typically work both as an individual contributor and as a project leader, depending on the size and scope of the project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent Customer Interfacing and Pre-Sale skills.
• Proposal Writing, presentation and tuning as per requirement.
• Must have excellent skills/ Hands On experience in areas including RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication.
• Will have demonstrated experience as a senior technical contributor, planning and leading RTL logic design development projects.
• Should have good hands-on Knowledge on Test Bench creation, configuration and UVM methodologies.
• Will have demonstrated experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems and full SoCs.
• Must possess proven experience with customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork.
• Will have proven experience contributing to multiple project tapeouts.
• Must have hands-on experience with design of complex SOC designs.
• Demonstrate intimate knowledge of tools, flows and methodologies required to execute design projects.
• FPGA Design and Verification Knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with different Protocols.
• Should have ability to create and drive Proposals.
• Will be able to travel on occasion for short periods of time, and occasionally work on-site at customer premises as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading teams and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
