As a member of the Technical team at Harman, you will play a crucial role in interacting with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size, and feasibility. Your responsibilities will also include planning RTL logic design and verification projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring successful project outcomes through collaboration with implementation teams. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience. Required Skills: - Excellent Customer Interfacing and Pre-Sale skills. - Proficiency in Proposal Writing, presentation, and tuning as per requirement. - Hands-on experience in RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication. - Demonstrated experience in senior technical roles, planning, and leading RTL logic design projects. - Knowledge of Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies. - Experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs. - Proven experience in customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork. - Hands-on experience with the design of complex SOC designs. - Proficient in tools, flows, and methodologies required for design projects. - FPGA Design and Verification Knowledge. - Experience with different Protocols. - Ability to create and drive Proposals. - Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site at customer premises when required. Preferred Skills: - Experience in leading teams and projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
