Pre-Sales Associate Director

As a Technology Sales Support Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in leading product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) while providing expert guidance. Your contributions will be instrumental in strategic planning and execution within the sales support domain, leveraging your deep functional knowledge and strategic foresight to enhance sales processes and drive significant advancements. Your responsibilities will include delivering product demos and POCs, supporting partners in skill-enablement and product positioning, championing continuous improvement initiatives in technical support processes, responding to tenders, RFls, RFPs, coordinating with HQ as needed, preparing and presenting sophisticated technical content to senior stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance for the evolution of technical support capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strategic technical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of CPM/EPM features, excel in customer engagement with proficiency in managing strategic customer relationships, have good knowledge of Financial Consolidation or Budgeting & Planning processes, demonstrate exceptional communication skills with high-caliber written and verbal proficiency, exhibit leadership excellence with strong capabilities in guiding and influencing teams, and showcase advanced skills in data interpretation and application for data-driven insights.
