Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Production located in New Delhi. The Pre-Production Trainer will be responsible for training students in Fine Art, software tools, and techniques. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, designing curriculum-oriented lesson plans, guiding students on projects, evaluating progress, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. The role also involves mentoring students to prepare them for their professional careers in media and entertainment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Conduct classroom and lab sessions on Deliver classroom and practical training in Pre-Production and Fine Art subjects.

ü Teach fundamentals such as drawing, sketching, anatomy, perspective, composition, and color theory.

ü Train students in character design, environment design, storyboard basics, and visual storytelling.

ü Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the teaching methodology.

ü Assist in organizing workshops, design competitions, and student showcase events.

ü Coordinate and participate in workshops, design activities, and academic events.

Required Skills:

ü Good communicator in Hindi and English.

ü Graduate/Postgraduate in Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field.

ü Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or similar (preferred).

ü Strong knowledge of design principles and creative development processes.

ü Prior teaching/training experience in graphic design preferred

Experience:

ü Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching or industry-related fine art/pre-production roles.

Prior experience as a trainer/instructor will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
