Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for children ages 3-5 with the curriculum guidelines.
• Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth through playful, inclusive, and interactive activities.
• Maintain a warm, safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
• Assess student development and maintain communication with parents regarding progress.
• Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to school events and co-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably B.Ed, ECCEd, or NTT).
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in Cambridge or International Early Years Programme.
• Experience working with CBSE school systems is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Training or certification in Cambridge Early Years/NTT/Montessori will be an advantage.
