Key Responsibilities

Classroom Instruction & Learning

• Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, EVS, and early childhood development.
• Use child-friendly, activity-based, and hands-on teaching methods.
• Incorporate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play-based learning.

Child Development & Care

• Observe and track each child’s emotional, social, and academic progress.
• Provide individual attention and support when needed.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of all children.

Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline positively through encouragement and clear routines.
• Prepare learning materials, charts, and activity setups.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and visually stimulating.

School Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents regarding progress, behaviour, and activities.
• Participate in assemblies, events, celebrations, and trainings.
• Maintain records, lesson plans, and assessment sheets.
• Work collaboratively with staff and follow school rules and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality
• Experience with pre-primary children (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the school’s teaching philosophy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
