The teacher will foster language development, critical thinking, and a love for literature, reading, and writing in young learners. Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Planning & Delivery Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per CBSE and Cambridge IGCSE learning objectives. Integrate reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills into daily lessons. Use age-appropriate pedagogical strategies that promote creativity, comprehension, and communication. 2. Differentiated & Inclusive Learning Modify teaching methods to accommodate students with diverse learning needs and abilities. Encourage student participation through interactive and inclusive classroom practices. 3. Assessment & Evaluation Design and conduct formative and summative assessments aligned with both curricula.
