Job Description

Position : Pre Primary Teacher Function/School : The Somaiya School Location : Vidyavihar, Mumbai Compensation : Based on skill sets, experience and sector standards Reports to : The Principal Education: ● Graduation with ECCEd Experience: ● Candidates with minimum 3 years relevant teaching experience are preferred Knowledge/Skills: ● Strong content knowledge and expertise ● Love for children and learning ● Adaptability to new instructional approaches ● Patience and capacity to solve problems ● Good planning and organizing skills ● Strong team player ● Self-motivated with strong work ethics to achieve school goals ● Openness to feedback and critical reflection ● Strong oral and written communication skills in Gujarati Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Teaching: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/06/2025
