Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated pre-primary teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, creating an engaging learning environment, and ensuring the holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: ·      Develop and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. ·      Use creative teaching strategies to make learning engaging and effective. ·      Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. ·      Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and activities. ·      Provide individualized support to students to enhance learning. ·      Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively. ·      Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns. ·      Utilize basic computer skills for lesson planning, grading, and online learning tools. ·      Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions. ·      Ensure adherence to school policies and guidelines. ·      Qualifications & Requirements: ·      Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. ·      Teaching certification (if required). ·      Previous teaching experience preferred. ·      Strong lesson-planning and organizational skills. ·      Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online learning platforms). ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Ability to manage and engage students effectively. ·      Passion for teaching and child development. ·      Preferred Skills: o  Experience with digital learning tools and technology. o  Creativity in lesson planning and teaching methods. o  Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs.
