As a telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, setting up appointments, and promoting our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases. Explain company projects and offerings in a clear, professional manner. Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers. Maintain a database of customer interactions, calls, and appointments. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Handle inquiries and resolve client queries with professionalism. Meet daily and monthly call targets.
