Job Description:

We are looking for a Pre Primary Teacher to join our Bachpan Play school & Academic Heights public school. We are searching for a passionate candidate who has zeal to teach the kids. We are looking to onboard committed, qualified, competent, passionate people with strong communication skills. Love for children and a passion for education and being with young minds is an essential prerequisite to join the team.

A striving spirit, open mindedness, willingness to adapt and belong in a new culture, positive mindset, and ability to coordinate and lead a team with constructive yet sensitive feedback are a few of the skills that would be suitable. A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, drive to excel, ability to take initiative and to meet goals and timelines is necessary. We want a candidate who is committed and concerned about child participation and child-focus in everyday life and is playful and creative, responsible, resourceful and flexible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing lesson plans, based on the monthly plans provided by the regional office, to engage, interact and nurture the children.
• Planning for creative workshops and exercises to help young children stay engaged in the school.
• Monitoring the kids and preparing observations with a child centric approach to provide constructive feedback to the parents.
• Regularly attending the training sessions and implementing the academic calendar as prepared by the school or the regional office.
• Interacting with the parents frequently to ensure the parents are aware about the child’s growth and development.

Qualification:

• Graduation degree in any discipline but any pre-primary certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge about academics and Montessori tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgment.
• Strong desire to learn and stay creative is highly appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
