Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities. Develop creative teaching materials and learning centers to promote hands-on exploration. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, cooperation, and independence. Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in compliance with health and safety regulations. Encourage social and emotional growth through storytelling, art, music, and play. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. Collaborate with co-teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to enhance the learning experience. Manage student behavior positively, promoting respect and inclusion. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Diploma in ECCE preferred). Minimum 2–4 years of experience teaching pre-primary or kindergarten level.
