Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and achievements.
Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Develop and implement activities that promote literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to promote student success.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Uphold school policies, values, and code of conduct.
Encourage good behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management strategies.
