• Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator who can lead and support teachers in implementing an engaging curriculum aligned with CBSE and Indian Knowledge System (IKS) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee pre-primary academic and co-curricular activities.
• Integrate Indian values, culture and experiential learning as part of IKS.
• Guide and mentor teachers for effective classroom practices.
• Ensure holistic child development through play-based and value-based learning.
• Coordinate with management and parents for smooth school operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. or ECCE certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary or early years education.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about blending traditional knowledge with modern education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
