About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations (PR) professional on a retainer basis to help manage and enhance our brand visibility, media presence, and overall communication strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong media connections, excellent writing skills, and a strategic mindset to manage our reputation and publicity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the brand, products, or services.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and articles.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
• Manage media coverage, interviews, and press conferences.
• Monitor media mentions and prepare monthly PR reports.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Provide creative ideas for storytelling and brand positioning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong media relations and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital PR and social media is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
