PR & Mass Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to ensure positive coverage.
• Press Materials: Draft press releases, media kits, and briefing documents for product launches, events, and announcements.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing PR events, press conferences, and brand activations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Crisis Communication: Support the team in managing communication during reputational challenges.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
