PR Executive

The responsibilities for this position include handling documentation such as creation of client reports (Daily Reports, coverage reports, monthly dossiers, quarterly reports, bi-annual reports) with a focus on maintaining quality control and meeting client deadlines. It is essential to provide daily client servicing by addressing queries, communicating with journalists, and coordinating with clients. Building and nurturing strong relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and thought leadership opportunities is a key task. Additionally, researching and crafting high-quality content like press releases, media alerts, and thought leadership pieces is part of the role. Identifying and leveraging relevant media opportunities to enhance client visibility and credibility is crucial. Monitoring and evaluating media coverage, analyzing outcomes, and offering suggestions for future campaigns are essential responsibilities. Coordinating interviews and overseeing logistics for media appearances are also part of the job scope. We are looking to hire fresher level candidates for this position. Preference will be given to individuals with 3-6 months of prior internships in PR or an Advertising profile.,
