Role Overview

We are looking for a PR & Community (Full time Employee) who is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and community building. This is a strategic and hands-on role where youll be at the forefront of shaping Allo Healths voice across public platforms. You will work on narrative building, manage community engagement across Reddit and Twitter, host and contribute to podcasts, and create content that educates, inspires, and engages our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Narrative Building: Shape and communicate Allo Healths story across media and community channels.

Content Creation:

• Draft compelling posts for Twitter and Reddit, ensuring engagement and relevance.
• Host and co-create podcast episodes with experts and guests.

Community Engagement: Monitor, respond, and build conversations across online communities.

PR Support: Work with the team on press outreach, interviews, and media opportunities.

On-Camera Presence: Represent Allo Health confidently on video (podcasts, live sessions, interviews).

Strategic Growth: Experiment with creative ways to increase visibility and build brand trust.

What Were Looking For

• Strong storyteller with a flair for narrative building.
• Journalism background is a plus (not mandatory).
• Comfortable being vocal, opinionated, and not camera shy.
• Prior experience creating content on Instagram or YouTube with an understanding of how to drive views and engagement is a plus.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Twitter culture.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Passion for health, wellness, and breaking stigma around sexual health is a big plus.
