Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated PR Executive to join our team at Roswalt Realty. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring seamless communication from the initial inquiry to the registration of the property. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage customer relationships throughout the entire deal process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Serve as the primary point of contact for customers until the registration of the property. Act as their dedicated Relationship Manager, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the process.

· Deal Management: Document the entire deal in the SFDC system, including cost sheets, and track all details of the transaction.

· Payment Calculation Explanation: Clearly explain payment structures, milestones, and calculations to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding financial obligations.

· Follow-up and Payment Reminders: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and send payment reminders as needed to maintain a smooth payment process.

· Process Guidance: Provide guidance to customers about the complete property buying process, from initial inquiry to registration, ensuring they are updated on the necessary steps and timelines.

· Coordination with Closing Team: Work closely with the closing team to ensure all deals are finalized smoothly and payments are processed correctly.

· Customer Support: Address any queries or concerns the customers might have throughout the process and provide the necessary support to resolve issues promptly.

· Documentation: Ensure that all paperwork, including cost sheets, contracts, and payment details, are accurate, organized, and filed correctly.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

· Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.

· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

· Proficiency in CRM software, especially SFDC, or willingness to learn.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

· Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai.

· Experience in payment management and real estate documentation.

· Prior experience in a PR or customer-facing role in the real estate sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
