As a Presentations Designer at Evalueserve, you will be responsible for: - Designing and executing PowerPoint pitch books and custom presentations - Applying and updating custom templates to presentations with consistency and technical formatting - Creating company branded and custom charts, graphs, tables, icons, and other infographics - Creating fully functional custom PowerPoint templates - Performing photo re-touching and photo manipulation, logo creation, recreation, or vectorization - Designing or recreating highly detailed and complex maps (shale, oil, pipelines) and pin maps - Designing print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners) - Building and styling Word templates, formatting Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents - Setting up and running mail merges (badges, labels, letters, and cards) - Working with creating, combining, editing, watermarking, redacting, and optimizing PDF documents - Being involved in other similar presentation design or document formatting requests Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience as a Presentations Specialist or similar capacity editing financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Openness to work in rotational shifts: Shift 1 (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM), Shift 2 (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Shift 3 (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM), all in IST - Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator - Strong knowledge and experience in designing infographics, financial charts, tables, and graphs - Ability to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player, integrating with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas - Ability to take ideas and think creatively to create professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standards - Ability to work with a job ticketing system, work well under pressure, and make quick, sound decisions - Professional written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility and openness to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines - Research skills, knowing where to look and managing time spent efficiently, with a strong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quickly If you are curious to know more about Evalueserve's culture and what it's like to work with us, feel free to reach out to us at careers@evalueserve.com.,
