What would you do? Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions that reflect the needs of the organization. Candidate Assessment: Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates objectively, ensuring alignment with the company’s needs. Negotiation and Onboarding: Assist in negotiating salary and benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process, including onboarding procedures. Metrics Tracking: Keep track of recruitment metrics Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
