Job Title

Job Summary

Responsible for planning production, managing inventory, and ensuring timely availability of materials to meet customer demand and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales and capacity.
Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and sales teams.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
Ensure timely procurement by sharing material requirement plans with purchase team.
Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
Track stock ageing and ensure fast-moving inventory flow.
Maintain data in ERP and prepare regular reports (Plan vs Actual, Inventory, etc.)

Key Skills

Experience in production planning and inventory control
Good knowledge of ERP and Excel
Strong coordination and communication skills
Analytical and organized mindset
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (plastic molding preferred)
