PPIC Head-Pharma Co

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire PPIC department at the corporate level
• Drive Operational Excellence, Customer Excellence, and Quality Excellence across manufacturing operations
• Plan and optimize installed manufacturing capacity, including coating capacity, for effective product allocation
• Allocate export orders on a product-specific basis across respective manufacturing sites
• Prepare and manage projection planning for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods
• Finalize and execute monthly and quarterly production plans in line with business requirements
• Ensure timely execution of targets as per management decisions
• Monitor and control inventory levels with a focus on minimizing non-moving and slow-moving inventory
• Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams for smooth execution
• Support launch planning and execution for domestic and global markets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy, MSc, or BSc
• Minimum 10 years of experience in handling PPIC functions for pharmaceutical manufacturing and contract manufacturing sites
• Strong expertise in GMP, regulatory processes, and launch execution for global markets
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and PP modules, Excel-based analytics, and advanced supply chain tools
• Proven experience in finalizing monthly and quarterly production plans
• Strong exposure to inventory optimization and reduction of non-moving inventory
• Experience in installed capacity planning and export order allocation across multiple sites
