Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced PPC Specialist with hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong agency experience, be well-versed in handling international clients, and capable of delivering high ROI through performance-driven strategies across both lead generation and ecommerce verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
• Manage performance for Lead Gen & Ecommerce campaigns
• Work on Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing & Performance Max campaigns
• Work on Meta Ads: Conversion-focused campaigns, funnel strategy & retargeting
• Perform detailed keyword/audience research & competitor analysis
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
• Monitor & optimize KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, Quality Score
• Build campaign dashboards and performance reports for clients
• Conduct A/B testing and suggest improvements in creatives & landing pages
• Collaborate with copy, design, tech & client teams for campaign success
• Stay updated on latest ad trends, policies & industry changes

Skills & Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in PPC marketing with both Google + Meta Ads
• Agency experience is mandatory
• Proven results in international markets (US/UK/AUS/Canada – must have)
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, Looker Studio
• Experience scaling budgets & managing multiple client accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
