PPC Officer

As a proactive and detail-oriented PPC Officer in our textile manufacturing team, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maximizing operational efficiency. Your role will involve in-depth knowledge of textile production processes, strong coordination skills, and efficient management of production planning, follow-ups, and execution across factories and outlets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and scheduling production based on orders and forecasts - Preparing time and action calendars and ensuring timely execution of production activities - Coordinating closely with factories, outlets, and production teams to track progress - Monitoring raw material requirement planning and inventory levels - Following up on work in progress (WIP) status, resolving delays, and ensuring adherence to delivery timelines - Maintaining daily production reports and updating management on any issues or bottlenecks - Ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle - Collaborating with design/merchandising teams for product development tracking To qualify for this role, you need to have: - A degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or Home Textile - 5+ years of experience in production planning within the textile industry - Strong understanding of textile production processes, from fabric sourcing to final output - Proficiency in Excel and planning tools - Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines - Willingness to travel to factory locations occasionally This is a full-time position where your expertise in production planning will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our textile manufacturing processes.,
