Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Execution
* Develop and manage production schedules across tailoring, dyeing, printing,
embroidery and finishing units.
* Allocate workloads based on capacity, skill sets, and timelines.
* Monitor WIP and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
* Anticipate delays and implement corrective actions.
2. Process Optimization & Problem Solving
* Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize throughput.
* Improve workflows, reduce TAT, and drive efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Liaise daily with Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, Fabrics & Trims, and Infrastructure.
* Ensure materials align with production schedules.
4. Inventory Management
* Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods.
* Reduce wastage and strengthen traceability.
5. People Leadership
o Lead and mentor PPC coordinators and production assistants.
o Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
