PowerShop - Global Implementation Lead

As the initial point of contact for factories, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new factories, products, and customers in PowerShop. This includes handling demands and ensuring seamless integration. You will collaborate closely with BU Sales Operations and GPG to align on strategies and targets, contributing to the overall roadmap for achieving business goals. Leading the deployment of PowerShop projects will be a key aspect of your role, involving coordination between the Sales team and IT solutions team. This includes overseeing the onboarding process for products and customers, such as price updates and logics. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing requirements to determine customizations or enhancements needed, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of new functionalities to enhance user experience and sales potential. It will be important for you to monitor and follow up on incidents raised by factories related to issues or bugs, working closely with the AMS team to ensure timely resolution. Providing training and support to factory SPOCs and sales teams on configurator usage will be essential, as well as managing the seamless integration of configurator with PowerShop for enabling configurable products Quote and Order processes. Facilitating communication between business and IT teams, resolving conflicts, and ensuring data-driven decision-making based on configurator and web shop analytics will be part of your daily tasks. You will also play a role in driving PowerShop usage across product group factories, leading change management efforts to transition smoothly into eBusiness practices and achieving adoption targets per factory. Collaborating with multifunctional teams involved in PowerShop IT tool development, such as AMS team, SFDC, MuleSoft, Reiwa, and Configurator teams, will be necessary to address business requirements and develop optimal solutions for the eBusiness platform.,
