PowerPoint Specialist (UI/UX Designer)

As a PowerPoint Specialist (UI/UX Designer) at Xebia, you will be an integral part of the PreSales team, responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful PowerPoint presentations that align with business goals and client needs. In addition to PowerPoint design excellence, you will also extend your design expertise to web and mobile screen designs. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the PreSales team to transform complex information into engaging visuals, ensuring branding consistency, designing custom graphics and visual assets, and creating user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for client mockups and proposals. You will also be tasked with maintaining visual consistency with the company's brand guidelines and providing design expertise for other marketing and sales collateral. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, solid experience in web and mobile UI/UX design, and a strong understanding of design fundamentals. Your ability to balance creative design with strategic objectives, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In terms of technical skills and tools, you should be proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Sketch, and have experience with prototyping and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Preferred qualifications include experience with motion graphics or animation, knowledge of responsive web design, and a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
