As a PowerPoint and UI/UX Designer in the Presales Team at Xebia India, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful designs for client-facing collaterals, with a primary focus on PowerPoint presentations while also extending to web and mobile screen designs. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, and maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft visually stunning and professional PowerPoint presentations aligning with business goals and client needs. - Collaborate with the PreSales team to transform complex information into engaging visuals. - Maintain branding standards across all presentations. - Design custom graphics, charts, and diagrams for enhancing presentation impact. - Design polished, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for client mockups and proposals. - Translate client requirements into visually engaging screen designs. - Ensure mobile-responsive and device-optimized designs. - Uphold a high standard of design quality consistent with the company's brand guidelines. - Improve presentation templates, design assets, and digital content for freshness and innovation. - Assist in creating marketing and sales collateral like brochures, proposals, and client-facing documents. - Provide design expertise for additional visual needs in the PreSales department. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for digital asset creation. - Solid experience in web and mobile UI/UX design with a good understanding of design principles. - Strong grasp of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you should be proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in tools like Canva, Figma, Sketch, and Axure for design.
