Incumbent will be responsible for Land Acquisition Private, Revenue, Forest and related approvals & documentation by following applicable law and rules. Scrutiny and verification of all land related documents. Interaction with local intermediary, if any engaged. Job Responsibility- 1. Site Visit of suggested area : Conduct an on-site inspection to understand the overall environment and condition. 2. Explore Gound level situation of site: Assess the terrain, soil and other gound level factors that could impact the project. 3. Logistic route survey to reach the site: Identify and evaluate the best routes for tranasporting equipment and materials to the site. 4. Preparation and submission report of the site Feasibility: Compile a detailed report on the feasibility of the site of the project, including all findings and recommendations. 5. Wind Mast location identification: Determine the optimal locations for installing wind masts to measure wind speed and direction. 6. Wind Mast Drawing: Create detailed drawings and plans for wind mast installations. 7. WTG land identification. 8. Geographical data of the site. 9. Coordination of WTG Land with WRA 10. Collect all required drawings related to finalise WTG land 11. Verification of Possesion Vs Records. 12. DILR measurement work 13.
