Deployment Enablement Senior Associate A career in People Operations, within Business Services, delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. Youll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firms people strategy, creating a unique people experience for everyone, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace. Our People Operations teams support initiatives and programs across 8 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition Enablement, Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement, People Technology, People Operations Delivery and Solutions CoE. The Deployment Enablement Team provides operational support for the Deployment life cycle; including forecasting & utilization, time/revenue recovery, staffing talent to meet business needs, as well as building automations to help streamline work for both internal DET and their clients. Basic Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Maintain quality control standards compliant with policies Create and maintain process documentation Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office and other Firm sponsored web-based technologies. PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Alteryx, PowerBi, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Working with confidential data Managing multiple projects and tasks Adapting to a rapidly changing environment Identifying and implementing process improvements Providing tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Technological mindset to learn different technologies, such as TalentLink, Team Builder, FlexForecast, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi, UiPath, Workday, Service Now; Oral and written proficiency in English required, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Collaborate with internal clients and other stakeholder groups to identify process improvement opportunities; Adaptability to change as the business needs continue to evolve; Collaborate with all lines of service and scheduling tool users to identify improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes; Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions; Create and maintain documentation for deployment and scheduling processes; Facilitate execution of deployment enablement team deliverables; Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the following activities including schedule updates, utilization forecasting, timesheet analysis, follow on actions for full revenue recovery, sending staff confirmation communications as well as a variety of reporting and analysis mainly related to load balancing of resources; Serve as an escalation point for the team, working with management to raise issues and bring solutions; Staffing and deployment, HR processes and related areas, including utilization, scheduling, workforce planning, forecasting, etc.; Understanding the broader view of the business to fully understand all processes and procedures; Create and deliver deployment training to new team meembers Shift:6pm-3am(NIGHT SHIFT)
