Position: Power Press Operator
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Location: Higna MIDC
Salary: ₹600 per day
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Operate power press machines safely and efficiently.
Perform die setting, alignment, and adjustments as per production requirements.
Ensure accurate tool and die installation before starting operations.
Inspect machine output to maintain quality standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working area.
Assist in routine machine maintenance and productivity improvement tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Power Press Operator.
Hands-on experience in die setting is mandatory.
Should have instrumental experience (using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to understand technical drawings and production requirements.
Good understanding of shop-floor safety practices.
Preferred Qualities:
Disciplined and punctual.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
