Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Power Press Operator and Fitter to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining power press machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of die alignment, machine maintenance, and strict adherence to safety protocols.Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate mechanical/hydraulic power presses
• Die Fitting: Install, align, and lock specialized dies into the press; perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs; troubleshoot mechanical issues during production.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials (sheets/coils) into the machine and manage the removal of scrap metal.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including the use of guards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• मशीन संचालन: मैकेनिकल/हाइड्रोलिक पावर प्रेस (क्षमता: [टनेज डालें, जैसे 10T से 200T]) को सेट करना और चलाना।
• डाई फिटिंग: मशीन में विशेष डाई को इंस्टॉल करना, अलाइन करना और लॉक करना; यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए टेस्ट रन करना कि पुर्जे निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार बन रहे हैं।
• क्वालिटी कंट्रोल (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण): वर्नियर कैलिपर्स, माइक्रोमीटर और गेज जैसे मापक उपकरणों का उपयोग करके तैयार पुर्जों की सटीकता की जांच करना।
• रखरखाव (Maintenance): मशीन का नियमित रख-रखाव और छोटी-मोटी मरम्मत करना; उत्पादन के दौरान आने वाली तकनीकी समस्याओं को ठीक करना।
• मटेरियल हैंडलिंग: मशीन में कच्चा माल (शीट्स/कॉइल्स) लोड करना और स्क्रैप मेटल (कबाड़) को हटाने का प्रबंधन करना।
• सुरक्षा अनुपालन: सुरक्षा दिशानिर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करना, जिसमें मशीन गार्ड और व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (PPE) का उपयोग शामिल है।
