Power Platform Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Support presales and RFP responses with solutioning, estimations, and proposals. - Design and Enhance CoE Offerings on Power Platform leveraging the full Microsoft Ecosystem, Azure AI Services, etc. - Build and Maintain Solutions for CoE and customer-centric purposes. - Provide presales support, estimations, customer handling, and delivery handling. - Establish delivery methodologies and standards for projects across AI & Automation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather customer requirements, map processes, and translate them into low-code/no-code/Pro-code solutions. - Define and enforce governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and ADO Usage to deploy secured Power Platform solutions. - Design and develop solutions for various business problems using AI/RPA/DPA by embedding AI into client-facing solutions. Qualifications Required: - Overall 9 - 12 Years of experience in developing AI/RPA/DPA/Agentic concepts (with 6+ years in Automation). - Bachelors degree B. Tech in CS/AI/ML/IS or MCA. - Working knowledge in Microsoft AI using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot integration, Cognitive Services, AI Builder. - Good knowledge of Copilots over D365/M365 platforms. - Ability to design & build Solutions in Canvas App using Containers, PCF usage, etc., Model-driven Apps, Power Pages. - Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) preferred. - Fully able to Design/Build complex Power Automate flows, PAD flows, with Error handling, advanced conditions, Connectors (custom + premium). - Good to have Power BI knowledge, embedding PBI reports into Power Apps. sa.global is a company that addresses industry challenges through vertical-focused solutions, leveraging modern technologies like AI and Copilot to empower organizations to make intelligent decisions and act faster.
